Week 4 heavy. Try to push a new 1RM. Still sick and positive covid tests in the house. Pulled out the micro-plates for a bit of upward momentum.
Face Pulls LT x 4 x 25r
Strict Press 237 x 1r
Press against mega-mini bands 140 x 5 x 5r
Enough. Beat up and sick.
