Swiss Bench

Getting burnt out on the pacing of the 50/20. Used this session to acclimate to the bar. Next session 90% for 5x1 then 60-70% x 3xAMRAP.

GSRM40 Row 270 x 4 x 8r

Overhead Cable Extension 90 x 10/10/7 - hard to find exercises that let you grind like this safely

EZ Cable Curl 75 x 3 x 8r - new movement. Pumped. Need to lower the cable (possibly weight) and get more stretch back.
