B1D4. Shoulder is still feeling good but I'm staying in the careful zone.
Shaf Shoulder
Standing Axle Press 65k x 10/8/8 - squeezing into reps to work on improving form.
DB Bench 80e x 12/10/10 - full stretch
Meadows Row - Axle w/40k x 10, 30k x 2 x 10r - way too much twist on the first set. Watched one of Johns videos during my rest. Man it's tough not to twist. Need some cues.
