D2B3. Still being careful with the shoulder but with Shaf's suggestions for a warm-up I'm having zero pain during the session. Might be able to seriously push my weakest movement again.
Shaf Shoulder Protocol
CG Axle Bench 136k x 2r, 116k x 6r
CS T-bar Row 85 x 4 x 10r - moved the foot plate up for the last set. Much nicer.
Cable Lateral w/Cuff 25e x 20/15/13
Rope Cable Extension 50 x 12/9/8 - I'll need to use my other machine for these. Not high enough to get a good stretch. Plus the cables getting jammed up like this.
