W1 Deadlift

Week 1. Took over an hour to get up to my working weights as I was futzing around setting up the elliptical and mounting the tv and getting it linked up. Anywho, little bit of a late night to set up for future progress isn't a bad trade.

Deadlift 450 x 8 x 3r

GHR Back Raise +50 x 2 x 15r

I'll do the rest tomorrow

BB Row (to upper abs) 265 x

Nautilus Curl 130 x
