W5 Bench

Before Supper

Week 5. Took last week off. Low level cold and work digging up my brain. Didn't time my sets as even just the bar warm-ups were getting me sweaty so it's not a day to push it. Around 1:05 with warm-ups and cool down stretching. Lots of grip.
