B3 Bench

Before Supper

Block 3 benching. Getting some pudge back is making things feel pretty good again.

Bench Press WU to 285 x 3 x 2r

Paused Bench Press w/SS 285 x 5 x 5r

Full Paused Pull-ups (258# of ff) x 10 x 3r

Monkeyed around with some of my wide 35# plate pinches and plate curls.

Bent a SCF 3 rimmed shoe about halfway. Need practice.

Reversed a 6" gr8 bolt.
