Week 1. Start of another progression. Had 2 weeks of a pretty good cold. Last session was November 28. A little fatigued yet.
Deadlift 30/20 465 x 19r - 24r last time. Getting gassed early and niggled my back a tad on the 8th set so I stopped with a single there.
EDT Superset 10:00, 9's
Sissy Squat x 27r - just did 3 sets to acclimate again
Kneeling Cable Crunch 110 x 27r
