50/20 Hip Belt Squat 220 x 50r - dang. I guess that means more weight again next week.
EDT Superset - 10:00
GHR x 30r - 22/25 last week. Mainly 6r sets
Standing Cable Crunch 65k x 40r - did a 10r set to start then dropped to the 6's
