Week 3 GGW2. Tried yesterday but I had zero grip. Obviously needed another day. 

Paused Deadlift 435 x 6 x 3r

Kneeling Cable Crunch 120 x 3 x 10r

Between Sets - stubby thumbs suck for thick bar. Ordered a raw steel implement. Chalk is too slippery with my ABS one. Gotta remember that this is like my 3rd grip session with probably 5+ years since the last one.

50/20 AD Press 80k x 37r (33/37r last session. Added reps to the first couple of sets then lost reps towards the end due to fatigue. Might be jab residual)

Between sets
2-3/8" Wrist Wrench holds 55 x 7 x 0:07 - progressing quickly as grip hasn't been specifically trained in years. Also chalked on a ABS implement isn't ideal

Week 3. First free time after work I've had since Tuesday. First week with these weights. 

50/20 Hip Belt Squat 240 x 46r - last set my knee was a little wonky so I decided to stop prior to 50 but I'll take it as completed. Lots of time left. Not sure if I should feel my heartbeat in my knee…

Stopped early. Might try a session tomorrow.
