Week 7. Still snotty. Feeling really lazy. Gimped my left ring finger playing with the Baby Inch. Sucks. First time playing with the KB juggling. More fun than just doing swings.

Week 1. First session trying the weight releasers. Didn't get started until late so I had a bare bones session.

Week 6. Sick. I guess the doctor's right with this lasting up to 8 weeks. Been wearing wrist wraps during squats for the past month or so. Wrist feels much better.

Week 8. Still sick. Was supposed to be 3 sets of 4 for bench. Historically my toughest week. Lost tightness and missed the 4th on the first set so I dropped to triples. Can't feel too bad. First miss in 36 weeks and I'm sick. Anywhooo, a few extra sets just cause.
