Before Supper
Week 1. First session trying the weight releasers. Didn't get started until late so I had a bare bones session.
Bench Press
20 x 3 x 15r, 70 x 5, 90 x 5, 105 x 3
Add weight releasers w/30.75k
105/110/115/120 x 5r
122 x 4 and a staple
Can't wait for this illness to leave.
