Before Supper
Week 5. Moved some axle work to super-set with the squats. Did it in the past and it worked well.
Elliptical x 10 minutes
Squat wu to 161k x 5 x 5r
DO Axle Deads wu to 303 x 1/2/1/2/1/2
KB Swings 106 x 4 x 12r
No abs. Lots of coughing to get them taunt.
