Before Supper
Week 8. Still sick. Was supposed to be 3 sets of 4 for bench. Historically my toughest week. Lost tightness and missed the 4th on the first set so I dropped to triples. Can't feel too bad. First miss in 36 weeks and I'm sick. Anywhooo, a few extra sets just cause.
