W7T1 Press W4 Squat. Just plunking along. For some reason the SSB squats are feeling really tough this cycle which is weird as I could triple this plus 100# a few weeks ago. Add some more squat specific accessories maybe. Could also be I'm squatting 3x every two weeks but with the reduced volume I wouldn't have expected this. Getting old is interesting.

Got a massive cramp in my abs trying the sandbag rows. Ouch! Must've been from being all curled over and stabilizing. Hit the upper back good though.

Week 5 heavy day. Last amrap was 195 x 7 and this week I tied the projected 1RM with 200 x 6 which should still be ~240#. Also switching up my accessories for this block. I think this pin press will be pretty effective. Still sick too.

W4T1. Still feeling beat up from all of this pressing. May take the next "technical" session on Wednesday as a deload as Friday is a max single effort.

Also playing with my pull-ups. Jigged up a loading pin and pulley counter weight. I'll try sets of 2-5 reps until I can hit it in 4 sets with 1-2 RIR then reduce the weight and start again. Need better pulleys. I'll go grab some clothesline sheaves.
