Week 6 Heavy day. Quads sure felt the strain with that 210 set. Pin presses felt great. Need to remember to cross my feet with the pull-ups. The stabilization helps a lot. Really feeling my back work like it's supposed to at least.

Pull-ups w/50# Deload 277.5bw x 5 x 5r
DB Rolling Tricep Ext 50e x 3 x 10r
