W7T1 Press W4 Squat. Just plunking along. For some reason the SSB squats are feeling really tough this cycle which is weird as I could triple this plus 100# a few weeks ago. Add some more squat specific accessories maybe. Could also be I'm squatting 3x every two weeks but with the reduced volume I wouldn't have expected this. Getting old is interesting.
Got a massive cramp in my abs trying the sandbag rows. Ouch! Must've been from being all curled over and stabilizing. Hit the upper back good though.
