W4T1. Still feeling beat up from all of this pressing. May take the next "technical" session on Wednesday as a deload as Friday is a max single effort.
Also playing with my pull-ups. Jigged up a loading pin and pulley counter weight. I'll try sets of 2-5 reps until I can hit it in 4 sets with 1-2 RIR then reduce the weight and start again. Need better pulleys. I'll go grab some clothesline sheaves.
