Week 3. First free time after work I've had since Tuesday. First week with these weights.
50/20 Hip Belt Squat 240 x 46r - last set my knee was a little wonky so I decided to stop prior to 50 but I'll take it as completed. Lots of time left. Not sure if I should feel my heartbeat in my knee…
Stopped early. Might try a session tomorrow.
