W2 50/20 Squat

Week 2 50/20. Work and life were busy again this week. I'll get my 3rd session tomorrow before GWAR!!! In the evening with the  Wild Gorillaman. I'm guessing a few of us greys will be there. 

50/20 SSB Box Squat - nope. Too risky with an upset tummy-tum. Went to belt squats. 

50/20 Hip Belt Squat 190 x 56r - got the heart pumping

GHR x 24r - dang these are tough!

Week 1. Hopefully I'm not too buggered for sitting around reffing King Kong tomorrow. 

Deadlift 50/20 405 x 39r - triples on ~1:30

EDT Superset 10:00, 5's
Sissy Squat x 30r - got deeper as my knees warmed
Kneeling Cable Crunch 75 x 30r - add weight or reps next time

W1 50/20 Press

W1 50/20 press. Glutes and triceps are feeling this weekends sessions yet. Had to drop and re-rack the press twice. Had to drop the curl weight by a couple of pins too, to be able to hit my reps . Fatigue is real training like this. Definitely not used to it. 

50/20 AD Press 75k x 32r - shortened rests are really sapping my strength. More opportunities to grow!

Week 7. First day with the new bench. Getting used to proper "IPF" height again as my old one that I made the fat pad on sat high. Also, this bench is pretty heavy for wheeling around.

Week 4. Too much going on to hit this Friday or Saturday. Can't wait to get the new ghd on Thursday. Finally will be able to put my knees in a better position.

BB Curl 40K x  nope. Left wrist way too clicky. No variation that had weight in my hand felt good and I didn't want to monkey with straps.
