W1 50/20 press. Glutes and triceps are feeling this weekends sessions yet. Had to drop and re-rack the press twice. Had to drop the curl weight by a couple of pins too, to be able to hit my reps . Fatigue is real training like this. Definitely not used to it.
50/20 AD Press 75k x 32r - shortened rests are really sapping my strength. More opportunities to grow!
