1a) Seated OHP Lockouts - No Belt/backrest - Pin 22/~10" Travel, Bar starts at the top of my head

Nice quick little workout. First time doing either movement. I really wish I had a higher roof in the basement to do standing OH stuff but seated really isolates the shoulders and arms well especially not using any back rest.
