6.5" x 1/4" FBBC square - don't know. Didn't unwrap but it wasn't much
Tried another gr8 in the suede but I was spent.
3) AB Wheel - Knees x 8, 8, 8
These surprisingly felt pretty damn good. Who says squats, pulls, OHP and bending don't toughen up the abs :D I kept it short on reps just to see how I feel tomorrow lol.
