Buggered around a bit today and did a few choked 162# elite closes with the right and 155# adjustable elite with the left and some pony clamp pinches. I also brace bent a couple fairly heavy 12" commons and wobbled a 10" of the same diameter. My CNS is FRIED! I haven't done any tough bending in a while and I know I'm going to feel this. Going to hit a SCF lite #2 later for the missus and kids.

Shoulders n' Pinchin' (Until I lost some Hide)
Foam rolled my legs and back. They're a little tender from yesterday. BW is 244#

These are feeling really good now that I've narrowed my grip a lot.

My webbing started to open up a bit on the last rep so I stopped before I need 2 weeks to heal or something stupid like that. I hit it with the file some more before the last set but it was to late.
