Squat, Bench Press & Pinch
1) SSB Squat - Narrow

Tested variations of the movements and terminated after the first bad/forced rep.
Squats tested best with a narrow stance, probably only a foot apart. This was the first time doing them that narrow in a very long time and they felt awesome and strong.
Bench tested best with the pinkies on the rings which is weird because I normally bench with my hands outside of the smooth by an inch or so.
I really wanted to do some pinching tonight and I tried tons of stuff. Lo and behold the loose plate pinch tested well.
No rowing movements tested well.
