142 x 5, 5, 5, 5, 10 All done super strict. Wasn't sure what to start with for a 5x5 but this is to light. I'll try 7's across next time then move the weight up accordingly.
2) Bench Press Lockout - Pin 13 - Close Grip

335 x 2, 2, 1 I hate being sick!! Have I griped about this yet? My freaking panties are bunching up too!!
Side note I started creatine again today. I took November and December off of the stuff.
