B1 Squat

Block 1. Haven't squatted in a couple of weeks, tired, and rushed. I think I'll just cycle "ASS" based squats for a bit. My sessions now are 90% grip and assistance so I'll just keep the core movements and maybe minor assistance for now.

Week 5. Took last week off. Low level cold and work digging up my brain. Didn't time my sets as even just the bar warm-ups were getting me sweaty so it's not a day to push it. Around 1:05 with warm-ups and cool down stretching. Lots of grip.
