Evening
After my double overhand axle Deads I worked up to a heavyish single with the straps. Felt pretty easy. I think I'll continue to just work up to a decent single on axle days.

Figure I'll leave out Grip until Monday. Finger pulleys in both hands are inflamed. First week of pushing a heavyish squat all year too. Let's see how this progression goes. Felt good.
