Before Supper
Nephew worked out with me today. Had him keep up rep wise with me doing goblet squats, dumbbell RDL's, and 2-3/8" napalms nightmare t-bar rows.
Axle rows as grip deload.

DB RDL 100's x 3 x 10r
Axle Row 173 x 3 x 8r
