Before Supper

Competed on both Saturday and Sunday. A little pooped but I'm at the bottom of the cycle so I figured I may as well carry on and skip the accessory stuff.

SSB Squat
WU to 325 x 5 x 3r

Hex Deadlift - Low Handle
WU to 410 x 3 x 3r

Good enough.
