Jason, how much of a PR was your 260lb 2" vbar pull at the contest? Just noticing that a few guys had nice increases - which means ideal conditions for 2" vbar. One guy had about a 40lb increase as far as I know from his current training because I have helped him with his 2" vbar training.
I was just going to respond to that lol. I stopped training on vbar after I had that scary pop in my arm a month or so back. I was just hoping for 200 but got stupid and jumped to 215. I did that a lot. Lessons learned. When I come back for #6 I'll be much stronger and smarter with it.
