Before Supper
Supersetted some thick bar focus work with my squats.

Raw 45 x 5, 5
Raw 250 x 5
Raw 375 x 3, 3
W+B 455 x 2
W+B 475 x 1
W+B 495 x 1
W+B 505 x Didn't have the bar centred properly, reset then my wrists were wrong, frustrated I just racked it
Raw/High Bar 300 x 8, 8
