Week 1, day 2. Lat stretching between my warm up sets. I think those damn banded stretches treated somewhat Monday. No thanks.
Went okay for not feeling great. Happy with the 7 reps. With the banded I'll go to a monster mini next time.
Going to rig up a couple of sheaves and a loading pin to just take straight weight off for vertical pulls. Has to be easier than losing weight right?
Strict Press 160 x 5r, 185 x 5r, 195 x 7r
Press against mini bands 135 x 5 x 6r
Chins 276 x 3, LT Band x 4 x 5r
Band Pushdowns LT x 150 total
