Week 2, heavy. Was really hoping for 5 on the press but it wasn't there today. Getting good work regardless.
Going to start a 5 day per week pull-up program next week.

Band Pushdowns LT x 160 total in 5 sets
Naut Curl 120 x 3 x 10r
