Week 10 GGW2. Paused first work set of dead's. Tired. No nap at noon and no caffeine since 11:00am. Trying something.
Deadlift 465 x 6 x 3r
SLDL 425 x 6 - something to build off of
Sissy Squat +70 x 3 x 10r - going to go to the SSB. Dumbbells are getting to be a pain.
