Feeling to damned bagged lately so I'm going to 5-3-1 with the boy.
 
Seated Dumbbell Press (not enough room to stand)
62# x 5
67 x 5
72 x 5
 
Round the World
2x35's x 45min (3/4 around)
 
Shoulder Shocker
35# & 10#
2 x 12

  1. Mind if I ask what a round the world and a shoulder shocker are?

  2. The round the worlds are performed by pinch 2 plates (smooth sides out) and rotating the discs completely around by walking your hands either to the left or right. If I go all the way I say it's 60 minutes like a clock, 3/4 would be 45 minutes and so on.

    The shoulder shockers are a Joe DeFranco complex. Best to look up his article on T Nation and watch the YouTube vid.
