1st standing press of the year. Went well. I think I need to continue to focus on my seated pressing as well as the assistance I've been doing. Volume seated, singles standing. Let's see where that takes me this year.

W7D2. A "let's see where I'm at" day. Happy with the modest increase. An extra 2.5kg but also executed a little more easily than the last time I tested. It's enough to keep me happy. If I can keep with this progression that's 30-35# a year.
Looking forward to later this week as I'll be able to start standing pressing outside again. Look for a starting max there as well.
