W1 Dead’s

Week 1. Time to start all of the cycles again. Muggy. Squished my glutes hard at the top of each rep. My pooper is sore.

Air Bike x 5 minutes

Deadlift 450 x 8 x 3r

RDL 365 x 5r - cooked. Did a couple reps of a second set and called it. Need to acclimate a bit again.

Wendler Row w/Landmine 180 x 2 x 5r

Hammer Curl w/FG 50e x 2 x 8r
