Week 1. 266.8# Full reset. Figuring out some working weights with the belt squat machine and GM's. Looked up the weight at the pin for the belt squat finally (40#). Good enough. Loving the pump again.

Belt Squat up to 274 x 1 (failed a second), dropped to 192 (~70%) x 2 x 10r
GHR x 2 x 10r
Naut Curl 140 x 2 x 10r
