W5D2. TSE. No good spots to setup for seated pressing so I had to go standing. Thinking my vacation in a week and a half is going to bugger up my peak for this cycle.
I think this heat is really hurting my zazz.
Standing BB Press 250 x 5 x 1r - went to the washroom after the 5th then I couldn't get my head right to lock the rest out so I stopped.
Chest Press Machine 3 plates x 3, 2.5 plates x 5 x 5r
3" Bar Tricep Pressdowns 100 x 5 x 8r - felt good. Had weird shaking though. Was feeling strong and smooth but I was just vibrating away. Must be a weird angle on the nerves.
