W5D2. Left shoulder is feeling really gimpy so I terminated early. Then the tricep stuff started bugging my elbow ffs. I think I've got a deload week starting this Wednesday. Might go back to my old press secondary movement with either flat db bench or cg benching. Seemed to stay healthier like that.
