Week 3. Well, did a amrap at 185 for 11 this summer but I'll take this for being over 20# lighter.
Worked at keeping the lifting plane back with the btn presses after reviewing vid.
Did that barbell shoulder lift thingy. Could be cleaned up but easy enough.
Starting some neck work. Light to start so I don't tweak anything while I'm getting the patterns down.
