Well the snow is here so I'm in the basement. Today I tested where to calculate my training max to start.
Still "sickish" so I left out my neck since my throats bugging me already and no rows as I'll be deadlifting tomorrow.

DB Bench 90e x 3 x 8r
PJR Pullover 80 x 15/10
BB Curl MYO 35k x 3 x 18r
