Week 5. Still working at figuring out the belt. Double overhand to a near miss at 455. I'm happy with no zazz and a super spinny bar. Working at muscling through my pulls compared to my typically relying on speed.

Another issue that my girlfriend brought up about if I lifted at a public gym they probably wouldn't like me taking a platform or rack for a whole workout. I'll need to get this figured out.
