B1D2. Overall a great session after I realized I misloaded the bench this time as well as in the first cycle (it was only 100.5k). Very pumped in the right places.
Shaf Shoulder Protocol
CG Bench 110.5k x 9/8/6 - I was beating myself up all the way through until I noticed I had an extra 10kg on the bar haha! Moved my projected 1RM by 10kg. Definite improvement
CS T-bar Row 90 x 3 x 10r
Cross Body Cable Lateral w/cuff 25e x 15/15/12
D-Handle Cable Extension (50% a kickback) 70 x 3 x 10r
