B2D1. Back at it after a few days in Sask. Work stress is coming back as well. Blew my left eye with eye strain or something. Been bloodshot since last Friday and is just looking normal again.
SSB Pin (20) Squat 166.5k x 3 x 4r - holy crap these lit up my hammies towards the inside of my thighs
Band GM Avr x 3 x 15r - went with these due to my hamstrings already cramping
BB Shrug 335 x 3 x 12r
Med Neutral Pulldowns 82.5k x 12/10/8
DB Curls 40e x 3 x 10r - my supination sucks so bad it looks a lot like a hammer curl but trust me, it's not ;)
