B3D4. Lost a lot on my overhead press but zero pain so that's a big win. Now I just need to re-acclimate to heavy pressing again.
Also, this wraps up the first cycle. Now to improve on the last cycles numbers.
Shaf Shoulder
Axle Push Press 102.5k x 1, 87.5k x 8
Low Incline DB Fly 40e x 3 x 8r - working the stretch. Stopped coming all of the way up after the first set.
DB Row 120e x 3 x 8r - it's been a bit. Easy though
Seated DB Clean 60e x 2 x 8r
Tate Press 40e x 3 x 15r - nerve tweak in my left wrist
