Happy day! I'll finish off here and start the rep work again. Thanks to Phil Stevens for cleaning up my squat and getting me to work and Jake Sullivan for this recent bit of programming.

ReplyDeleteThanks Ben! Pretty happy to hit and dominate this milestone. Reminds me of when I got my first 500 pull. Now I'm looking forward to pushing to 600 with the squats before age catches up with me.
