Week 1 press assistance. First day figuring out weight for the pin pressing and seeing how it affects my shoulder. Stopped at 70k as the first rep of each set was painful. Diminished as the set progressed. Using a relatively narrow grip similar to my overhead grip.

30' Laterals 15e x 20r, 25r x 2 x 15r
EZ Incline Skullcrushers 65 x 3 x 20r
Incline Hammer DB Curl 3/7 Method 25e x 3 cycles
