Deadlift 415 x 4 x 4r, 470 x 2r, 520 x 2r, 415 x 8 - good enough. No zazz and sloppy
Week 10. Two weeks since I've pulled. Too damned hot as well. 10# lost, 9 days in. Fair bit of yardio this past weekend.
